Blood Donors are needed for the September 14th blood drive sponsored by Poudre Valley Health Systems Garth Englund Blood Donor Center.

The Institute of Business and Medical Careers (IBMC) will host the Poudre Valley Garth Englund Blood Donor Center Mobile Bus at the Fort Collins Campus.

The bus will be parked in the IBMC lot at 3842 S. Mason St. (Between Horsetooth and Boardwalk) in Fort Collins.

Information:

Donors are requested to:

  • Eat before donating
  • Bring a picture ID
  • Must be feeling well and healthy
  • Must weigh at least 110 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 or 17 with a parent’s signature
  • A letter must be on file for tattoos and body piercings within last year.

The donation process begins with a brief registration and interview. The donation takes 5-15 minutes with refreshments (juice and cookies) offered afterwards.
