A few weeks back IBMC bought a Flip HD video camera to give to students with instructions to film their life inside and outside of IBMC. Annaliese is the first student in this new project. She is pursuing an Allied Health Degree in Medical Assisting at the Fort Collins campus. This video is the second in a series of video taken from the footage she shot.

Friday May 15, 2009 was a big day for IBMC, it was Graduation Day. Students, staff, friends, and family gathered at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins to celebrate the ending of a great chapter in the lives of IBMC students. That evening they proudly wore a cap and gown, sat on a stage for all to see, and received their degree or certificate.
The ceremony was just over an hour long and I will be sharing with you videos from the ceremony. Today is the first, IBMC’s CEO Richard Laub delivering a welcome speech to begin the ceremony.

IBMC students enrolled in the Theraputic Massage Program worked behind the scenes at the 9Health Fair offering free chair massage to those volunteering for the fair. This is what you call “win-win.” The students gain experience outside of the classroom and volunteers get to loosen up a few knots they gained while working the fair.
